The Stories of Road Atlanta. Episode 1

Round 3 gave the WTEC 2021 it’s third winner, and showed Cambrian Sim Racing to be in the race for the top.

Charlie Bebb (Cambrian SimRacing) dominated in Atlanta from FP1 to the checkered flag on Sunday, only beaten by Daniele Cascardo (Marlboro) in Qualifying. Bebb won the Sprint Race in FP1 and drove to race victory, leading every lap except for his pit stops, and crossed the finish line with zero incidents.

Looking back on the first three races, Bebb missed Round 1 at MoSport, made it to P2 in Sebring and to victory in Atlanta. An upwards trend that makes him sit on P4 in the championship, and should give Cascardo, Gluscic and Brumby in front of him something to worry for the next race at Montreal.

Furthermore Nicholas Allen recovered from P11 at Sebring, and made it to P6 again in Atlanta. Showing Cambrian Sim Racing has everything needed to challenge for the Team Championship. In fact, Gulf ist just 0.5 points clear of them on P2, and even leading Team Marlboro might get some sleepless nights in face of the new contenders.
